On many construction sites, the main difficulty is not material transport but manoeuvrability. Where there is limited or even no space to turn the machine, the CNF SW Series swivel minidumpers offer a practical, safe and effective solution.
Derived from the tried and tested CNF T95 and T150 models, the SW version minidumpers are designed to operate in conditions where side discharge is necessary, for example in long trenches, corridors or congested urban areas.
Side discharge with 180° hydraulic
The strength of CNF rotating minidumpers is its swivel skip. Thanks to its hydraulic fifth wheel, the skip can rotate 180° to the right and left with respect to the machine axis. This solution, inspired by medium-high range earthmoving machinery, guarantees fluidity, precision and the absence of mechanical clearance, exceeding the efficiency of rotation systems with a cylinder and rack.
The fifth wheel allows for quick and controlled discharge operations even in environments where manoeuvres are limited or risky.
Sturdy and versatile, designed for any material
The CNF T150SW model is available with two types of skips, designed to respond to different operating conditions.
The first version is made of heavy duty steel, ideal for heavy-duty work and difficult environments. Alternatively, a lightweight but resistant reinforced polypropylene skip is available, perfect for transporting cement and concrete on building sites where ease of cleaning and reduced operating weight are also important.
A strategic option for working safely
Thanks to their hydraulic rotation and construction quality, CNF rotating minidumpers allow operators to discharge material without having to manoeuvre the entire machine. This translates into greater safety, less wear and tear and reduced work times. The SW Series is therefore a strategic choice for construction companies, road operators and urban construction sites where discharge flexibility and precision make all the difference.
