Monojoystick CNF: Precise and intuitive control for mini-dumpers

Add header text here

In the world of tracked minidumpers, the evolution of controls is a distinguishing feature between obsolete machines and modern solutions. CNF has chosen to innovate precisely by starting with the most important element for those who use these machines on a daily basis: the control.

Why the monojoystick makes a difference

The CNF monojoystick represents a paradigm shift away from traditional lever controls, which are often awkward, mechanically complex and subject to wear.

The CNF T70, a mere 680 mm wide, was the first minidumper in the world to adopt a hydraulic servo-controlled system via monojoystick, a technology usually reserved for large machines. Despite its compactness, it is capable of transporting up to 700 kg of material even on the most demanding job sites.

Hydraulic technology, maximum reliability

Unlike mechanical controls, the CNF monojoystick regulates two variable displacement pumps via low-pressure hydraulic oil. This allows precise traction control, reducing wear and minimising the risk of downtime.

With no mechanical levers or couplings to adjust, the system offers long-term reliability and is also ideal for rental fleets, where component wear is often accelerated.

Intuitive even for inexperienced operators

The CNF monojoystick is designed to simplify driving the minidumper, making it accessible even to less experienced operators. Its intuitiveness translates into increased work safety, ease of learning and reduced training time.

This type of control is standard on five models in the CNF range: three a endothermic engine; two a electric motorisation.

All models can be seen in the CNF minidumper.

Benefits for operators and retailers

The single-joystick system not only improves manoeuvrability, it is also a competitive advantage for CNF dealers. Reduced maintenance, reliability over time and appreciation by rental companies make it a strategic choice for those offering high-performance compact machines.
