CNF mixer buckets are available with capacities ranging from 100 to 800 litres. Each model is equipped with orbital motors capable of working at high pressures and handling large quantities of hydraulic oil, without the need for external control valves.

The chain drive is equipped with a spring-loaded tensioner, a useful solution to minimise play and reduce noise during use.

Strength and materials: designed to last

All models are made of highly abrasion-resistant steel, including the mixing shaft halters. This detail contributes to a long service life even under intensive use.

Standard equipment includes:

• electrically operated flow diverter (12V or 24V)
• central exhaust vent with protective grille
• hydraulic cylinder with rod protection
• material conveying pipe with handle
• bolted front protection grille

The front grille includes wedges for opening cement bags. An optional version with hydraulic opening is also available, which can be controlled directly from the machine cab via a second flow diverter.

The rotating bearings of the mixing auger are designed to withstand prolonged and intensive use. Three levels of protection against water and cement ensure longer bearing life.
